Area Manager Position

We are looking for an Area Manager to start as a GM and assist in opening our 3rd store at the end of Oct, then move to the AM position over our 3 stores in the CO area. We are a smaller franchisee and are searching for someone to be hands on and optimize the business as we have as direct owners. As a small, family owned business, we are seeking a trustworthy and hardworking individual we can closely work with to help us continue our positive culture and successful stores. This includes but is no limited to :

• Working in each store regularly, supporting and training GMs and AMs to fully uphold JJs processes and procedures and support training up to the necessary standard
• Identifying areas in each store to optimize, improve and increase revenue (drive thru speed, catering, customer facing experience, etc)
• Being the point of contact for store issues and coming in to support, resolve and assist (staffing, large caterings, "someone left the bread out", etc)
• Review weekending, identify areas of improvement and train GM and staff how to move forward on problem areas
• Recruitment and labor management through our hiring platform, Workstream, and working with each store individually for onboarding to ensure new employees are onboarded with Fast Track and Paychex.
• Full knowledge of Macromatix and the Jimmy Johns POS system
• Respond and manage customer feedback via Qualtrics, and the Jimmy Johns feedback email
• Assist GMs in working with vendor issues ie : Sysco credits, delivery issues, etc
