Are you ready to make a real impact where it counts? We're looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our commercial functions in our Princeton, NJ office. In this highly visible role, you'll be a trusted advisor to plant leadership and a key driver of employee relations, engagement, retention, performance management, and ensuring effective support and alignment with organizational goals.

Our HRBP is a critical hands-on role that partners closely with plant leadership and employes to drive HR initiatives, support business objectives, and foster a positive, productive workplace culture. As a strategic advisor and employee advocate, the HRBP will play a key role in talent management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, employment law compliance and HR special projects.

Your Responsibilities :

• Champion employee engagement, drive a positive culture, and promote collaboration and team spirit.
• Delivery high quality and accurate HR data and service information to the business units, while taking ownership of the HR data and service information to the business units.
• Conduct monthly meetings with respective department Managers to provide HR guidance
• Conduct new hire onboarding and management workshops for new department Managers
• Support in resolving complex employee relation issues
• Monitor performance management process and keep Managers accountable in conducting quarterly performance & talent meetings
• Assist in the management of execution of bonus plans, merit processes and routine / special request reports
• Assist international employee with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
• Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators.
• Assist with salary structure maintenance, market research, and compensation reviews.

Salary Range - $85,000 – 100,000

The compensation range provided reflects the expected base compensation only and does not include potential bonuses, incentive plans, or benefits. An individual's final compensation offer will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to education level, relevant experience, training, and geographic location.
