Job Title : Production Associate

Job Description

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a steady and routine work environment. You will be part of a slower-paced manufacturing setting with machine run times ranging from 2 to 3.5 hours. There will be downtime between cycles for cleaning, sweeping, and preparation. Self-motivation and engagement are essential qualities for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and prep between machine cycles.
• Use touchscreen tablets and basic computer programs such as Excel and digital interfaces.
• Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE.
• Operate and inspect machines effectively.
• Perform visual inspections in the membrane department.
• Work comfortably in a louder environment with a slight alcohol smell in the meltdown department.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lees Summit, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25 / hr.
