Pay : $25 - $30 per hour

From developing Lean strategies to analyzing workflows, you'll lead initiatives that streamline production, reduce waste, and elevate quality. Your expertise as an engineer will guide cross-functional teams, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges, and provide training to staff on best practices. By monitoring key performance indicators and implementing continuous improvements, you'll ensure our production runs smarter, faster, and stronger-cementing your role as a key driver of our success.
