Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption and customer retention
Lead the full customer lifecycle post-sale, ensuring ongoing value reinforcement and feature adoption
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and resolve technical issues
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
Demonstrated business acumen with experience running strategic business reviews
Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive outcomes aligned with business objectives
High proficiency in CRM software for documentation and account health reporting
Associate's / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
