Job Description
This full-time Director of Quality & Compliance opportunity is with an established and expanding food manufacturer that prioritizes employee wellbeing, safety, and long-term career growth. In This Role, You Will :
- Lead and mentor the Quality and Regulatory teams while fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Oversee all QA programs, including SQF, USDA, HACCP, and internal quality systems
- Manage audits, customer complaints, product holds, and corrective actions
- Drive process improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration
- Support new product development and staff development through training and coaching
