Key Responsibilities
Process IGO and NIGO cases accurately while adhering to service and regulatory standards
Analyze case complexity and determine appropriate routing for requests
Resolve inquiries from customers and financial associates efficiently, documenting all communications
Required Qualifications

One to three years of customer service or financial service industry experience preferred
