QUALIFICATIONS

• RBT Certification
• Completion of an RBT internship
• Availability Monday–Friday, 7 am–4 pm

WHAT TO EXPECT AS A BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN

Each day, you carefully collect data from your sessions, tracking progress and celebrating even the smallest wins. You follow the individualized plans designed by your BCBA, putting behavioral interventions into action and adjusting as needed. Using positive reinforcement, you encourage growth, guide behaviors, and keep accurate documentation along the way. At the end of the day, you know your work is helping children achieve their goals-and that's what makes it all worthwhile.
