We are seeking a driven and client-focused Operations and Business Development Associate to join our corporate office in Dallas, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting physician practice operations while contributing to the growth and expansion of our organization.
This position is responsible for ensuring efficient client practice operations while also supporting business development initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing daily practice operations, supervising staff, supporting financial and performance goals, and building relationships with prospective clients to expand 99MGMT’s reach.

Essential Functions :
Client Operations & Practice Support
Oversee daily office operations of assigned client practices, providing both front and back-office support.
Meet with practice administrators, managers, and physicians to address operational issues and ensure practices are performing at or above their goals.
Partner with corporate departments to resolve outstanding matters quickly and efficiently.
Support development and implementation of short- and long-term work plans.
Supervise practice-based staff and participate in recruitment and staffing decisions.
Coordinate and conduct EMR implementations and ongoing training.
Ensure compliance with HR, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
Analyze and present financial and revenue cycle reports to support informed client decision-making.
Business Development & Growth
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and outreach.
Present 99MGMT’s services and value proposition to prospective clients.
Partner with leadership to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and sales materials tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with marketing to track leads, opportunities, and conversion progress.
Attend industry events and community activities to represent the organization and expand brand presence.
Gather client and market feedback to help shape service offerings and identify opportunities for growth.
Skills and Qualifications :
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1–5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in a healthcare-related field.
2+ years of direct EMR experience.
Project management experience.
Supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of practice management operations, with the ability to perform multiple and diverse tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EMR / PM software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Reliable transportation required, including valid Texas driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, and acceptable driving record.
Schedule :
Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. Some travel required between practice locations.
