Coordinator, Operations Expert

Summary

CHS is seeking a Coordinator, Operations Expert to support production, purchasing, quality, and accounting functions. This role ensures supply chain and production requirements are met in a timely manner to fulfill customer needs.

Responsibilities

Maintain daily production schedule progress, log results in spreadsheets and ERP / SAP systems, and create work orders and shipping forms.

Review product receipts against ERP / SAP and JD Edwards data for accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Monitor demand for specialty items via MRP; evaluate recommendations and place orders; interact with vendors.

Schedule transportation for incoming / outgoing products; prepare pick slips and related documents.

Compile and verify timecards; submit payroll spreadsheet to Payroll department.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

3+ years of experience in Operations and / or Business Operations

Additional Qualifications

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail

Effective written and verbal communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to learn and use ERP / SAP systems

High School diploma or GED preferred
