We are seeking a Sales Account Specialist , with 3–5 years of sales or account management experience. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional who excels at fostering customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is a critical thinker, proactive in their approach, and ready to take their career to the next level. This position is at our Burlington, WI facility.
This is a non-commissioned sales role that’s part of our OEM sales team where we focus on business in several industries, such as plumbing and toilet trim, energy and natural gas, food and beverage, electronics manufacturing, healthcare, HVAC, and transportation. In this role, you will help maintain and grow our customer base. You will also be responsible for working with engineering to align solutions with customer needs .
