You can expect to engage in manufacturing activities with emphasis on process operations, record keeping in clean room environments, safety, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Performs process operations including, but not limited to : Drug Product – Formulation, Filling, Crimping, Visual Inspection, Labeling / Packaging; BSM – Weighing, pH, Centrifugal Filtration, Lyophilization, Milling, Calcination, Cleaning.
• Read, understand and follow detailed written procedures.
• Maintain records in and out of clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Ability to cross-train in all manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to areas requiring understanding of SDS and use of PPE to ensure safety.
• Perform 5S activities in area and maintain training in LMS.
• Adhere to Zimmer's Quality System, including familiarity with Measurement Instruction Sheet layout and purpose, and Zimmer's Compliance Policies.
