Essential Duties And Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Data Support : Collect and organize marketing and sales data from various systems (CRM, ERP, digital platforms) to support campaign analysis, pipeline tracking, and customer reporting. Assist in identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth through regular data reviews.
Reporting & Dashboards : Create and maintain recurring dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel. Support team leaders with visualizations, marketing campaign summaries, distributor engagement metrics, and product performance tracking.
Marketing Campaign Analysis : Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing programs such as webinars, social media, emails and product releases. Measure performance against KPIs and support the Marketing ROI Tracker with data collection and formatting for monthly reviews. Provide analytical support for lead generation programs, product launches, tradeshows, and training programs.
Customer Insights : Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to customer purchasing behavior and distributor pipeline activity. Contribute to initiatives such as the Distributor Portal redesign by supplying accurate, timely metrics.
Process & Platform Support : Help streamline data collection processes, maintain data integrity across systems, and support projects involving CRM updates, website performance and reporting enhancements. Crosstrain in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to troubleshoot issues and support the front‑end usability of our tools.
Qualifications / Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering or a related field
5-7 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business analytics role
Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization best practices
Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar
Comfortable working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Interest in learning new tools and continuously improving reporting processes
