Execute daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining store cleanliness. Uphold visual merchandising standards, ensuring the showroom reflects the brand identity and seasonal direction. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a smooth back-of-house operation. 23 years of retail experience in womens fashion, luxury, or contemporary apparel. Strong clienteling skills, ideally with an active client book. Proficiency with social media platforms to support store marketing efforts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Associate for our NYC showroom and retail store. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, and cultivating strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate has experience in womens contemporary or luxury fashion, a proven track record of clienteling, and a keen sense of style and trends. Comfort with social media is preferred to help showcase product and engage with the brands community.
