Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and service requests via email and phone
Assist in resolving same-day job issues and manage resource assignments
Enter data accurately into legal support software and facilitate electronic exhibit sharing
Required Qualifications
4-year college degree and a minimum of 3 years in a customer service and / or legal environment
Previous remote work experience is required
Must be computer savvy and comfortable with various software programs
Ability to work in a professional and confidential environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
