Overview
Infosys is seeking a Techno-Functional HCM Senior Consultant with extensive experience in Workday. The candidate will interface with key stakeholders and apply domain and technical proficiency including requirements elicitation, design, build and deployment of solutions for supporting the Workday HCM application. The role involves creating high-level design artifacts and participating in HCM digital projects, integration development, and collaboration with finance leads, technical product managers, and business units to orchestrate digital Workday HCM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders and apply domain and technical proficiency for Workday HCM projects.
- Elicit requirements, design, build and deploy Workday HCM solutions.
- Create high-level design artifacts and contribute to HCM digital projects and integrations.
- Collaborate with finance leads, technical product managers, corporate and business unit teams, and third parties to deliver Workday solutions.
Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.4 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation or support projects and relevant HCM domain experience.Proficient in delivered HCM processes and reports; able to suggest best practices.Hands-on experience with Workday cloud projects; experience in HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Recruitment, Talent, Learn, Time & Labor).Experience implementing IT / business solutions in Workday cloud, building integrations, reports, and customizing business processes using native Workday tools.Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education.Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor at this time).Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in teams on large and complex HCM projects; ability to drive customer discussions independently and advise on industry best practices.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business, and management teams.Knowledge of full SDLC lifecycle; experience with agile practices and global delivery environments.Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.The job entails sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. Must be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Travel may be required as per job requirements.
