job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProprietary NY medical license as NP Master s Degree (MSN), Doctoral Degree (DNP) or equivalent NY DEA certificate Current NP board certification by ANCC / AANP CPR certification Spanish or Asian language fluency Women s Health experience AAHIVM certification and / or LGBT health certification Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients of all ages Perform therapeutic procedures, including preventative care and follow up Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services Attend and collaborate in staff meetings Work within evidence based medicine at all times to provide the best possible care Chart review and document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy and JCAHO standards
