My client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Civil Construction Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of the project for a variety of project types including civil, site, excavation, utilities, roads, paving, water / wastewater, sewer, and more. You will ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Not only will you communicate directly with diverse clientele in both the public and private sector, you will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, contractors, and local agencies to achieve project goals and deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Preferred but not required - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Civil Construction Project Manager, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities :

Project Planning and Scheduling :

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Team Leadership :

Lead and motivate project teams, including internal staff and subcontractors.

Budget Management :

Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations.

Quality Assurance :

Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet and exceed project specifications.

Client Communication :

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.

Risk Management :

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.

Contract Administration :

Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
