Job Description

Duration : 9 months contract, Full-Time

Employment Type : W-2

Job Description :

  • Co-develop the strategic direction and global innovation pipeline for the business in collaboration with Innovation team. Develop and deploy all aspects of product innovation in a highly cross-functional environment
  • Own ideation and concept phase by translating consumer insights and trends into strong product ideas in close collaboration with market research
  • Lead execution of innovation projects in close collaboration with R&D, packaging engineering, finance, supply chain, designers and agencies among other business partners to develop new products, claims, and comms from project definition, briefing, and development to execution.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the content development for New Product launches working closely with a cross agency team including social assets, influencer content, ecommerce content and shopper.

  • Skin care exp- beauty
  • Developing business for Skin care company
  • Innovation exp
  • content develop- digital content creation- assets, like TikTok etc. Worked on influencers,
  • worked with different agency partner, worked with cross functional partners like R&D, Packaging, etc.
  • It’s a global marketing role in the marketing organization
