Production Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Production Specialist to collaborate with design engineers and customers, ensuring that customer requirements align with system designs. You will play a crucial role in analyzing design requirements, recommending methods, and approving project designs for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design engineers and customers to understand and analyze customer requirements.
• Recommend design methods to engineers to ensure alignment with production guidelines.
• Suggest hardware and software components to support recommended systems.
• Approve project designs for compliance with manufacturing processes.
• Assist in determining preliminary design and material costs for quotations.
• Ensure schematics and models are complete and accurate before release to the shop.
• Manage the Aluminum Manufacturing Department, ensuring projects meet time, quality, and cost constraints.
• Coordinate with purchasing to ensure parts availability during project execution.
• Work with design engineers, salesmen, and customers to meet project expectations.
• Develop, debug, and start up PLC code and Man-Machine Interfaces as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00 / yr. ESOP, 401K, will attach benefits

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Saint Louis, MO.
