Description
Reusable systems are key to connecting Earth and space seamlessly. As an Assembly Technician – Tubes, you will be responsible for building precise tube assemblies for Stoke's products and test stands, collaborating with engineers and providing design feedback.
Responsibilities
- Assemble rocket engine hardware accurately following instructions.
- Fabricate complex tube assemblies from drawings and configurations.
- Organize inventory, plan builds, and identify shortages.
- Clean hardware meticulously.
- Maintain work area and tooling.
- Identify discrepancies, document steps, and coordinate with engineering.
- Follow work orders and document assembly processes.
Qualifications
3+ years in tube manufacturing using CNC and manual tube bending machines.Experience with orbital welding, fittings, threads, and pressurized systems.Ability to work with delicate, high-value assemblies and operate forklifts and lifts.Strong communication skills and physical ability to lift 40 lbs. and work in tight spaces.Valid driver's license.J-18808-Ljbffr
