How You’ll Make An Impact

• Contribute to the development (Front-End and Backend Services), design, and non-functional requirements (high availability, scalability, performance, service uptime and monitoring) of Marketing Websites, by utilizing the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• As a Senior Technical team member, mentor Junior Developers and do PR reviews of other team members.
• Monitor metrics for engineering quality and work with Cloud Engineering Team to establish optimum infra, for the various services as per scalability requirements.
• Collaborate with service provider teams like IAM, InfoSec and Data Technology.
• Collaborate with Marketing Websites Product Owner, Stakeholders and technology partner organizations to execute the product roadmap.
• Contribute towards technical debt reduction, strategic initiatives, and innovation projects to align with organizational goals and deliver impactful outcomes.

FOR NEW YORK AND CHICAGO ROLES ONLY : Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $170,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
