FCP Euro is seeking a highly organized, communicative, and strategic Director of Marketing Operations to lead planning, process, and performance across the Marketing department.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the department including project management, resource planning, capacity visibility, and tooling while acting as a key partner to leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, and external teams.
Based out of our Corporate headquarters in Milford, CT, this is a foundational role that requires a hands-on builder and systems thinker.
You’ll refine our Go-to-market (GTM) and work intake processes, optimize team throughput, and ensure delivery of high-impact projects such as the 2026 Marketing Strategy Plan.
You’ll also lead our use of tools like Monday.com to bring clarity, accountability, and visibility to marketing operations across the business.

Responsibilities and Duties :
- Lead department-wide planning and delivery , including GTM process, work traffic management, and strategic initiative execution.
- Manage cross-functional marketing projects , including timelines, scope, and resourcing (e.g., annual strategy plan).
- Drive resource and capacity management , ensuring optimal team allocation and workload balance.
- Own process documentation , including SOPs, AARs (after action reviews), and scalable project templates.
- Administer and evolve marketing project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), deliver monthly progress reporting to leadership.
- Support work intake processes , liaising with Customer Experience, Product, HR, and other departments for structured project ingestion into Marketing.
- Identify and mitigate operational risk including bottlenecks, scope creep, and misalignment.
Experience & Skill Requirements :
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, PMO, or Project Management in a high-growth or cross-functional marketing org.Demonstrated success owning delivery across large teams and multi-stream initiatives.Deep expertise in project planning, delivery frameworks, tooling (e.g., Monday.com , Gantt / Timeline tools), and stakeholder communication.Proven ability to balance strategy and execution—strong executive presence with a detail-oriented mindset.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Experience leading or mentoring small teams.Familiarity with high-growth eCommerce, automotive, or tech-forward companies is a plus.Benefits & Perks Company-subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, including a zero-premium Medical plan for employees.Company HSA contribution. 120 hours of PTO (Paid Time Off), 40 hours of Paid Sick Time, plus Company Holidays 401 (k) with Company deposit and match.Discounted prices on our catalog of European car parts Compensation :
