Job Description :

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Manhattan! In this role,

you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and positive

experience. Your main goal will be to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide top-tier

customer support.

Responsibilities :

Assist customers with inquiries and product / service details.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records.

Work closely with other departments to escalate issues when necessary.

Participate in ongoing training and improvement initiatives.
