job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain operating procedures and documentation to support quality assurance and control efforts. Monitor compliance with internal protocols and external regulations, including ISO and other applicable industry standards. Review production outputs to identify issues and recommend corrective measures to improve product quality. Lead and coordinate internal quality audits; track deficiencies and manage follow-up actions. Evaluate and refine inspection and testing procedures; support root cause analysis and preventive actions when quality issues arise. Manage the non-conformance reporting (Client) process, including investigation, tracking, and resolution. Provide hands-on inspection of components and assemblies throughout various stages of fabrication. Continuously assess and improve quality control systems and protocols in collaboration with production and engineering teams. Other duties as assigned. Solid communication and reporting skills—both written and verbal. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where attention to detail is critical. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment with a focus on quality. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Deep understanding of quality frameworks and standards such as ISO 9001. Experience creating and implementing process documentation and quality management systems.
