Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and utilize CMM routines for the inspection of product, gages, and fixtures.
• Perform detailed inspections using laser scanning processes to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Utilize metrology equipment and techniques to measure and verify dimensions of products and product tooling.
• Utilize different software programs for the inspection, evaluation, and documenting records.
• Conduct first article inspections (FAI) and maintain accurate inspection records.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues on the floor.
• Assist in developing and maintaining quality control documentation, including work instructions and inspection plans.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address non-conformances.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality requirements.
• Provide support and training to production staff on quality-related matters.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
