Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day FMLA administration for Employers and Partners
Resolve escalations and assist clients with billing questions and payments
Develop long-term relationships with assigned clients to enhance satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience with FMLA administration
Familiarity with Employer Group's Plan designs
Understanding of Employer Groups File Schedules
