• Must be able to provide friendly customer service

PREFERRED :

A DAY IN THE LIFE

You will work from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm .

You will be at the forefront of our customer service operations. Answering the phone with a friendly and professional demeanor, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to accurately gather information from customers and create service tickets. Dispatching our skilled technicians efficiently and effectively, you will ensure that each job is assigned promptly and schedules are optimized. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to go over service tickets, ensuring all necessary details are provided to our technicians.
