Responsibilities :

• Support of customers with telephone and on-site troubleshooting and diagnosis procedure
• Work in an unsupervised environment to provide installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance services for Hermle\'s products at customer locations in a timely manner
• Identification of machine spare parts for quoting purposes
• Briefing and training of customers
• Installation of retrofits
• Periodic overseas travel to Germany for learning the product line and maintaining that product knowledge
• Working with SAP-Software
• Daily work time reporting through time management system
• Weekly submission of service reports as well as expense reports
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested
