We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Leader to lead and manage our nursing team within a correctional healthcare setting as Director of Nursing (DON). This leadership role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and compliant medical care to an underserved population. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in clinical nursing, a passion for public health, and a proven ability to lead teams in challenging environments. As DON, you will be instrumental in shaping clinical practices, maintaining regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of safety, respect, and excellence in care within the correctional facility.

Responsibilities : Clinical oversight, staff supervision / development, compliance / risk management, administrative duties, emergency preparedness, interdisciplinary collaboration
