General Summary :
We’re currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Coordinates proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications, estimation of product / service costs, negotiation and administration of contracts.
Create Program Integrated Management Plan containing events, accomplishments and criteria.
Create staffing profiles, schedules and budgets in support of the project execution and profit goals.
In conjunction with the Program Director, designs and implements policies, procedures, program objectives, curriculum, and intervention strategies (e.g., classroom education, workshops, counseling sessions, etc.).
Serve as the prime point of contact for projects with customer, senior management and functional management.
Provide effective guidance, instruction, and supervision to a team of instructors, counselors, and support staff (i.e., food services) and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
Ensures that assigned program(s) comply with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines set by local, state, or federal authorities.
Conduct regular program evaluation and review meetings to identify current and future problems and initiate actions for their resolution.
Minimum Qualifications :
Graduation from high school or General Educational Development (GED) Tests equivalency and at least 4-years demonstrated experience in a professional office setting, preferably in behavioral health, possession of 2-year degree, preferred. CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Must possess a current vehicle operator’s license.
CDCA license preferred.

Ability to read, write, and communicate at a level consistent with the requirements of this position and comfortable working with the public; ability to communicate effectively using various electronic platforms; must be able to make good decisions and meet deadlines; excellent communication skills; verbal and written; holds self to a high level of quality; must be self-motivated and enthusiastic to obtain personal and company goals; ability to stay organized to easily retrieve information and documents as needed; knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel; ability to exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload and recommend changes in office practices and procedures; working knowledge of community resources and how to access them.
