We are looking for a strong background in Manufacturing and Finance. Reporting Directly to the Global Controller.

Job Description

Prepare accurate financial statements and reports to support decision-making processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets and financial forecasts. Provide guidance and mentorship to the accounting and finance team. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Support audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Controller should have :

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
• Manufacturing Plant controller experience
• Cost Accounting - BOM, routers, product costing. Production Standard Costing / Full Costing
• Budgeting and forecasting, full scope, not one or two cost centers
• Inventory overview - Reserves process for Slow Moving, SMOG, etc
• Capex spend
• SAP Knowledge
