PAYROLL / BOOKKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Payroll / Bookkeeper will prepare balance sheet, profit, loss statement, and other reports to summarize the current and projected company financial positionPayroll processes for all employeesProcessing invoicing and reconciling discrepancies in recordsReceives, records, and banks cash, checks, and vouchersHandle check figures, postings, and documents for correct entryEstablish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control proceduresPerform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirementsPAYROLL / BOOKKEEPER QUALIFICATIONS :
Must have Bookkeeping or Payroll experienceMust have both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experienceAbility to prioritize and multitaskDeadline and detail-orientedUnion and Non-Union Payroll experience preferred#ZRCFS
