Job description : Grow company operations by targeting new market segments (e.g insurance business, high rise / condo's facility management, etc)

• Technical (knowledge of maintenance and construction industry)
• Estimating and negotiation skills
• Project and quality management
• Managing budgets and profitability
• Computer literacy, specifically Microsoft Office

Education / Experience :

Compensation : Base salary performance bonuses
