inspections.

Manages contractor work as required and

as assigned.

Communicates with the team regarding

performance standards and

expectations.

Coordinates, monitors, and utilizes the

Computerized Maintenance Management system

(CMMS).

Performs root cause analysis of machine

downtime and recommends

changes.

May conduct preventive maintenance (PM)

and work order audits.

Coordinates daily work orders and

projects as they occur across

shifts.

Maintains plant facilities and grounds in

accordance with relevant regulations, company and regulatory

standards, and fiscal

considerations.

Keeps abreast of the latest manufacturing

technologies and systems and engineering concepts to continually

improve plant performance.

Works to maintain and improve the

quality, legality, and safety of each product and the processes

used in their manufacture. Responsible for keeping assigned work

area clean and tidy at all times and reporting any potential

contamination and suspicious activity to a Supervisor

immediately.

Qualifications :

A high school diploma or General

Equivalency Diploma (GED) is

required.

style="font-size : 12.0pt">

style="font-size : 12.0pt">

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and

divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common

fractions, and decimals.

style="font-size : 12.0pt">

Ability to interpret graphs and diagrams

preferred.

style="font-size : 12.0pt">

style="font-size : 12.0pt">

Experience working in a maintenance

department, preferably in an automated food processing

plant.

style="font-size : 12.0pt">

style="font-size : 12.0pt">

Ability to read and interpret work

orders, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions to complete

machine rebuilds and repairs.  Ability to complete forms

detailing maintenance work

performed.

Knowledge of preventative maintenance

software is preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Office software is

required.

Depending on location may require various

licenses by local, county, state, or federal agencies. This

position requires a valid driver’s

license.
