As a Maintenance Lead, you will
coordinate and work with a crew of skilled technicians to keep our
facilities and equipment in top condition. You will handle both
planned and unplanned maintenance tasks, ensuring efficient use of
time and resources. You will also provide technical guidance and
problem-solving skills to meet our customers’ expectations. This
role requires you to fill in as a Shift Maintenance Supervisor when
needed.

tasks.

May conduct preventive maintenance (PM)

Qualifications :

A high school diploma or General
Equivalency Diploma (GED) is
required.

Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and
divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common
fractions, and decimals.

Ability to interpret graphs and diagrams
preferred.

Experience working in a maintenance
department, preferably in an automated food processing
plant.

Ability to read and interpret work
orders, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions to complete
machine rebuilds and repairs. Ability to complete forms
detailing maintenance work
performed.

Knowledge of preventative maintenance
software is preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Office software is
required.
