Behavioral Health Admissions Coordinator
Full Time – Employed Position in office

What we are looking for :
Aspire365 is actively seeking a Behavioral Health admissions coordinator based in Utah to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a Full time position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Conduct face-to-face / intake through Zoom, HIPAA compliant telehealth software. These appointments are required to be held with video on for both coordinator and client.
- Collaboration with clinical staff, including Clinical Director, Medical Director, and Billing Specialist and / or Billing Director to determine the most appropriate level of care and treatment plan for clients. This includes coordination with the assigned personnel, case manager, and medical staff (nurse and psychiatrist).
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, assessments, and referrals in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
- To ensure the consents via Docusign are completed and uploaded into the client chart.
- Completion of face-to-face documentation / charting prior to onboarding the client, but also same day charting is preferred.
- Assessing for risk and safety within appointment.
- If deemed necessary and / or appropriate, completion of safety and or relapse prevention plan.
- Any other tasks as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in preferred Social Work, we will also accept a bachelors in Psychology, public health, or related field.1+ years experience working in mental health or substance abuse is required.Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plusSkills :

Compensation : $45,000- $50,000 per year
