In our 1 : 1 ABA setting, you will work hands-on with children aged 18 months to 8 years, utilizing ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive center-based environment. You will make a meaningful impact every day!

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with autism reach their full potential by following treatment plans, collecting data, writing insurance notes, and applying feedback from supervisors.
• Engage in therapeutic activities to support the development of young children through enjoyable and interactive play.
• Collaborate with a team to enhance treatment, ensure safety, and promote a fun work environment.
• Interact with children through various playful activities, ensuring a joyful atmosphere by maintaining energy and enthusiasm.
• Communicate effectively with peers, families, and supervisors to coordinate activities, celebrate successes, and advocate for individual needs.

Job Requirements :

Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment, which includes a 40-hour training curriculum, hands-on competency assessment, and passing the board's exam.

For entry-level candidates, your first raise is earned upon certification as RBT, typically within 21 days.
