The Role The Community Supports Coordinator, AWC manages the full onboarding process for caregivers and members within the Agency with Choice service line. This role ensures a smooth and timely transition from referral to admission, maintaining compliance and high-quality service delivery. By serving as the main point of contact for members and caregivers and collaborating with internal teams, the coordinator supports program growth and a seamless service experience.

Work Details This is a hybrid position, coming into the El Segundo office 1x per week. This is a temporary, 90-day position.
