This role offers a unique blend of operational oversight and involvement in corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This hybrid position blends traditional controllership duties with active involvement in M&A initiatives, including financial analysis, due diligence, integration planning, and post-deal reporting.
