Role Overview

This key leadership role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, loves building premium user experiences, and enjoys shaping product direction for millions of users.

Responsibilities

  • Ship production code for Speechify's web products.
  • Collaborate closely with a dedicated product team.
  • Participate in product discussions to influence the roadmap.
  • Lead the design and implementation of new features that impact millions of lives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building and shipping large-scale products that serve thousands or millions of users.
  • Strong customer obsession and a desire to build high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
  • Ability to ship quickly, making trade-offs and prioritizing what can be delivered now.
  • Focus and discipline to handle a fast-growth, remote environment.
  • Excellent collaboration skills—effective with designers, marketers, and PMs.
  • Technical proficiency in Vanilla JS, React, Redux, Firebase, and TypeScript.

    USD 140 000 – 200 000 per year + bonus + stock, commensurate with experience.
