About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead the transformation of its online presence and elevate its brand in the digital learning space. The successful candidate will be a growth-oriented, creative marketing leader with a strong focus on strategy, writing, and branding. Responsibilities include defining and leading the marketing strategy, aligning it with the go-to-market approach, and building a captive audience through thought leadership content. The role demands a hands-on approach to content creation and delivery across various channels, as well as the ability to test, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives. The Head of Marketing will also be responsible for building the operational infrastructure to effectively measure the impact of content activities.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company is someone with a do-it-all mindset, a dynamic scope, and an entrepreneurial drive. A passion for content creation, a get-stuff-done attitude, and a growth mindset are essential. The role requires at least 3 years' experience in B2B marketing, with SaaS experience being a significant advantage, and a strong business acumen for engaging with a savvy audience on a range of business topics. The Head of Marketing will work remotely with a global team and must be able to seamlessly transition from strategy to execution, taking on new responsibilities as the startup grows.
