Automotive Accounting Admin
Description of the role :
The Automotive Accounting Admin position with Mills Automotive Group is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team. This role is suitable for an experienced professional who has a strong background in dealership accounting and is looking to take on a role that can grow into a leadership position!
Responsibilities :
- Reconcile G / L account balances and schedules
- Serve as backup for all accounting positions in the office
- Assist with month-end duties
- Ensure policies and procedures are upheld
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions related to the dealerships
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements :
Dealership accounting experience a mustCDK system experience a plusStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in accounting software and MS ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits :
