Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Workday and PeopleSoft HRIS systems
Ensure efficient data flow and communication between integration and total rewards platforms
Engage with third-party consultants to identify scalable solutions and improve system performance
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday, particularly in Compensation and Benefits modules
Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is highly valued but not required
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
