Document Control Clerk
Responsibilities :
- Facilitates the creation, implementation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures
- Oversees the assignment, formatting / editing, tracking and issuance of equipment and process protocols for departments within a manufacturing environment
- Creates, issues and reconciles manufacturing practices handbooks
- Organizes and maintains filing system
- Coordinates reports and other key documents completing reviews of each document regularly
- Performs destruction of company documents per destruction policies
- Provides internal customer service between the document control center and department heads
