Summary

Join a creative team dedicated to maintaining an exceptional Studio. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily functionality, planning, and security of our studio spaces. The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a profound commitment to creating inspiring environments that cater to the evolving requirements of our cross-functional teams. You will serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and facility partners to guarantee that all studios are secure, hygienic, efficient, and aligned with brand standards, thereby providing a high-performing and inspiring workplace experience.

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced coordinator to support operations across our Product, Design, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate possesses a proactive, collaborative, and meticulous approach to work in dynamic environments. You will collaborate closely with the Studio Operations Lead and internal teams to conduct daily space audits, manage space planning logistics, and lead studio communications. This role demands an individual who can assume ownership of studio operations, implement process improvements, and maintain strong relationships with facilities, vendors, and studio leadership.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily walk-throughs for cleanliness, safety, and functional issues.
  • Submit and follow up on service request tickets for repairs and maintenance.
  • Uphold brand and operational standards across all domestic studios.
  • Maintain accurate studio layouts and space usage documentation.
  • Track and manage inventory of studio equipment, restock as needed.
  • Coordinate deliveries, installs, and repairs with vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure conference rooms, project areas, and common spaces are reset and presentation ready.
  • Support audits, growth planning, and long-term space strategies.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal studio space requests.
  • Lead studio-wide communications related to operations and updates.
  • Escort vendors, contractors, and guests as needed, ensuring all follow security protocols.
  • Provide support for occasional events and space activations.

Key Qualifications

  • Operations and Facilities Coordination Experience (2+ years)
  • Proven organization skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
  • Proficiency in effectively interacting with all levels of an organization and management, as well as building external networks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to concisely summarize complex activities and actions.
  • Desire to challenge existing processes and think creatively to improve day-to-day operations.
  • Understanding of the importance of managing a secure floor with integrity, discretion, and utmost secrecy.
  • Ability to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously.
  • Self-starter, taking initiative and working effectively in team environments with diverse groups of people.
  • Support for strategic, creative, and technology delivery by managing overall timelines, scopes, and budgets.
  • Creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, plans, reports, and studio-wide communications.
  • Comfortable reading and understanding of floor plans, including the ability to make updates and create compelling diagrams for easy comprehension.
  • Familiarity with Apple products, such as Calendar, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers, and collaboration tools like Slack and Quip. Knowledge of Excel is preferred but not required.
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Education

    AA, AS, or relevant work experience

    Pay And Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00 / hr.
