Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling is scouting a full-time HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Representative to meet in the homes of our Williamstown, NJ customers, thoroughly inspect their equipment, and offer them the best solutions for their HVAC needs. We offer this vital role $80,000 to $200,000 per year! As an HVAC Comfort Advisor / In-Home Sales Representative, your product knowledge and people skills are the tools of your trade. For every need, you have an intelligent and honest solution. You make sound recommendations as if it was your own home. Each time you make a sale, you communicate the details to the installers to ensure that everything goes smoothly for our customers.

While selling is a lot of fun for you, you also recognize the hard work that is required. In order to be your best, you never miss a staff training or meeting in addition to staying current on product offerings. You are always learning and improving. And, you love seeing your hard work pay off in your paycheck!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong sales ability
• Business to Business (B2B) sales experience OR experience in a construction-related industry
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

3 or more years of experience is a plus! Are you self-motivated and able to work independently? Do you enjoy communicating with office staff and homeowners alike?
