As a Patrol Unarmed officer at a prominent manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide reassurance to employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with those on-site. Thur 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM

Sun 12 : 00 AM - 08 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the industrial and manufacturing location and its perimeter, as conditions vary by client site.

Observe for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or management.

Assist with controlling access to the premises and help to deter unauthorized entry.

Contribute to maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues.

Complete logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations while on patrol.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
