Qualifications

• 3 years Experience in Food & Beverage management
• Proven ability in Training and supervising staff
• Experience in Sales and creating strategies to meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Previous experience in a hospitality or casino setting is a plus
