Key Responsibilities
Address and resolve complex technical issues through advanced troubleshooting
Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure efficient resolution of critical incidents
Identify underlying causes of issues and improve processes to prevent recurrence
Required Qualifications
4 or more years of technical experience with similar products
Hands-on experience with Java / J2EE and troubleshooting Java / Spring based applications
Experience with build automation tools such as Maven or Gradle
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and REST web services
SaaS / Cloud product support experience
