Full-Desk Recruiter (Sales & Recruiting) Location :

• Position Overview The Full-Desk Recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

• Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and secure new business opportunities within our target sectors.
• Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms of business.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales and placement goals.
• Recruiting & Candidate Management Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple skill sets.
• Align candidate qualifications with client requirements.
• Manage the interview, offer, and onboarding process from start to finish.
• Relationship Management & Market Development Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
• Participate in client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.
• Stay current on hiring trends and competitive dynamics in our core industries.
• Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience in staffing, sales, or recruiting (staffing sales strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
